A group of activity after the deployment of the equipment to the AEHEs focused towards technical assistance, spare parts distribution and customer care which is aimed at a successful and comprehensive mechanization services delivery.

This unit is charged with:
• Ensuring that training programs for operators and technicians of Agro-machineries are carried out by the vendors
• Establish a link between the MSPs and the vendor to monitor and ensure that spare parts are available to the AEHEs when needed
• Design the reach strategy and mapping for the dealer certified Local technicians to ensure MSPs access to repair services.
