The Unit is a subset of the Project Development Department which develop business plans in coordination with the Technical Team to achieve maximum continuous revenue for NAMEL.

The unit performs;
• Builds contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Follows up new business opportunities and setting up meetings as appropriate.
• Promote productive use of Information Management System.

Guide the technical team (TT) in writing new business proposals.
